GOZO RADIO WELCOMES KASPER MICHAELS TO GOZO RADIO
Born in the Canadian Prairies, drafted to the Chicago Blackhawks in 1983, Kasper’s path seemed destined for the Big Show, but a motorcycle accident closed that path, so he sought others. Acting turned on it’s bright lights and off he moved to Vancouver for a different kind of Big Show.
In the mid 90s, Vancouver theatre, commercials and TV filled his plate, but after being cast in Hot Wheels Accelleracers as GIG, a vo bug bite started a pleasant yearning that never went away.
Emigrating to the UK in 2007, Kasper continued with commercial work, touring theatre productions, and lastly a small part in a feature film that changed his life, for he used the money from that film to finally get a proper VO demo reel. In 2011, acting was put on the back burner while his professional VO career began.
Since then, Kasper is has become a storyteller, moving from children’s book to movie trailers in a heartbeat. If you need a story told, filled with shenanigans and tomfoolery, but serious when need be, look no further than Kasper Michaels
